This is Majah, she lived to be 17. I didn't know cats could be this colorful and striped at the same time, and she was the only "torbie" I saw for many years. I didn't know that she was tortoiseshell because she was called a "multicolored tabby", but I remember only knowing of calico tabbies. I called Majah a tabico for a long time!
She got to be 17, she suffered from stage 4 kidney failure that came on so fast that I felt like I couldn't respond to her suffering until it was too late. I moved into my first apartment with her last month, I thought her crying on the middle of the night and occasionally peeing outside the litter box was a stress response from that, and her labs were normal in February. Waking up yesterday to my cat not responding but still breathing, I was hoping it was just an adverse reaction to the gabapentin she was given by the vet the day before yesterday.
So now I keep thinking like there could have been more I could have done, but I also know it's completely natural for a cat of 17 years to shut down. I just can't shake this feeling that I didn't do enough, but I know that's part of grief.
Hi, I bought two tickets to a concert at a particular venue that isn't until September, but eTix just sent me four free tickets to two different shows happening next week. Is this a scam pretending to be eTix since I was mailed these physical copies?
(The Venue is The Rave/Eagles Club, so I don't know if their policies are part of why I got these.)
We see her fight for that recipe book so she learns to cook for her children. And then we only see Damien in the kitchen and it is Damien that gets to learn pancakes and everything like Blanca's mother taught her before.
But in season 3, Damien is written off as a drunk and not in the picture much. And to then give that recipe book to Angel for her wedding felt incredibly undeserving! If Blanca was to give that recipe to anybody, it would be to Damien if he was kept as that sweet mama's boy he originally was written to be!!
