Hello, I bought these Smallrig assets, and I have to say I really like them.
Left you see original state of camera. Right you see the assets attached to camera. It is nd filter with hood, thumb grip and wooden hand grip. Amazing really to hold the camera now.
I like the camera original to be so small, but it is so nice to have more choice how you like to take the camera with you every day.

I read most of the reviews and I decided to find out for myself. How I love this camera! I take it with me EVERY day. Even for just 1 shot. I adore it. 💯
I tried filmrol, but I really don't like Eterna, so I made some adjustments with LR. Luckily I only used 36 shots, so I went on with mostly Nostalgic neg. After. The idea of filmrol I really like. Next time will do this again, but not with Eterna 😅.

Anyone having plans for a trip today? I do. And I am taking the X-half with me ... Ofcourse! But I have a small dilemma: normally I don't do filmrol. Cause it takes away "freedom" in choosing simulation, filter etc. Should I still take that risk today? Or just keep my freedom and try to make a similar series of photo's.
What would you do?
The shutter button, so many choices online, I just took something familiar. The protection case is new, put some screensaver on the back. The hood is new, I like the square form. Little mummy on the cold shoe is for our trip to Disneyland Paris Halloween this october. 🎃
Anyone having experience with ND filter on X-half? Could you tell the benefits or show pictures taken with it on the X-half? #thanks 💯
