Opened an LLC but never filed taxes with it.

I know there’s a $800 franchise fee. However, if I have no bank accounts or assets tied to the LLC and it is dissolved do I still have to pay the $800 fee?

The fee is assessed to the LLC and not the individual, so should I be paying this fee? I am not even sure if I have a fee because I can’t register an account on FTB without a prior tax filing.

I purchased an item on Mercari, relisted the item and was told they were fake.

Mercari approved the return request.

Any way to get Mercari to take responsibility or do I just take the loss?
