I checked in a walk in vaccination yesterday, manually entered it in the scheduler. I don’t think the VIS was signed as there was a difficult patient I dealt with when they headed to the immunization area to wait. By the time the line had died down the immunization patient had left.

The pharmacist took over once the leaflet was checked out. When I tried to go back I don’t see the option to print the form and now hours had passed I don’t remember the name (or other info besides which vaccine). What do I do? I am having panics right now especially since this is only the 2nd time I checked someone in.
