Should I be isolating my abs? Or is bench, squat and deadlift enough for core?
I’ve never been one to workout my abs because I know that no matter what lift you do your abs are playing a role. Is this logic okay? Is it okay to just say “every single workout requires abs” or should I be doing abdominal workouts? Please and thank you.
