Progesterone 12 days or 14 ?

Do you take progesterone two weeks on two weeks off because it's easier to remember, or do you do days 15 to 26 of your cycle?

I usually do two weeks on but I want my period to come two days early so is 12 days if progesterone ok??

Thanks!

I'm on 75mg estrogen patch, and 300mg progesterone every two weeks and it's made such s difference. BUT the anxiety is still creeping back with a bang as soon as my period ends and lasts about a week. It's not as bad as before hrt thank God but it's still awful to wake up full of adrenaline. What else can I try? Gynaecologist I saw recently for spotting after ovulation (having a biopsy under anesthesia this week to investigate) said I could try taking the progesterone for 21 days out of 28 re the spotting but I also wonder would that help this anxiety too?

Which hormone of lack of is causing this does anyone know? I'm very sensitive to any fluctuations and I'm loathe to use anything synthetic to shut down my cycle tbh but any advice appreciated! Xx

Got these off Vinted and love the look of them, my toe stops where I've drawn the red line, does that seem ok or too big? They feel comfy around the house but just checking before I take them outside and wreck them haha. Thanks!
