Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar with AliExpress Bonus refunds.

I received a refund in my AliExpress Bonus balance, but I was unable to use it and contacted customer service to have the money transferred back to my original payment method/bank account.

After several attempts and providing my banking information multiple times, AliExpress told me that they would process an "offline refund" and that the request was under review.

The money is now no longer available to spend and appears as "waiting/on hold" in my Bonus balance, which seems to indicate that it has been reserved for the refund.

However, it has now been over a month, and I still haven't received the money in my bank account. Every update I receive just says that the request is still under review.

Is this normal? Has anyone else gone through an offline refund from AliExpress Bonus to their bank account? How long did it take?

The amount is approximately 2,806 MXN, so I'm getting a little concerned about how long the process is taking.
