Current CTC - 44 LPA (39 fixed, 4 Bonus, 1 med, gratuity)

Offer from Salesforce - 46 fixed, 7 Bonus, 47k$ RSU (vesting period-4 years)

Tech - SF Dev, Role - TA, Yoe - 12+.

As far as I know, people don’t get refresher RSU’s at the end of 4th year.

Please help me understand if its a good offer from company like Salesforce. What is the annual avg hike at SF?

What is avg yearly hike % at Salesforce India? Service based organisation is struggling on it, mostly ranges from no hike to 6-7% at max.

And do we get yearly bonuses at Salesforce or is it quarterly?
