Is a 700 calorie deficit too much?

23F 73kg and 165cm/5’4

My maintenance calories are 2300 and I have been told if I drop my calories down to 1600 that I will loose about 0.5-0.7kg a week, I’m prioritising my protein intake (around 130-150) and am training 5 days a week with a specific cardio day which makes it 6 days a week and doing bits of cardio on other days. Is this too low? Will I not see any muscle gain or will I loose what muscle I have? I’ve been training again for around 8-10 months now and really don’t want to loose any muscle I have gained.
