I'm planning to celebrate my 40th birthday with family and friends in Puerto Rico. I've been there a few times already and I love it. I just want to drink champagne on a boat surrounded by people I love. Looking to host around 12 people. Is there a boat tour near San Juan or Dorado where I can make this happen?
