>!Superman once again uses the time travel trick, only this time it erases the entire film, rendering the film more or less pointless. To make matters worse, Donner kept in the final scene at the diner, where Clark gets his revenge. But, now the scene makes no sense, as the original encounter with Rocky never happened. This ending also conflicts with Superman Returns, as their son was conceived while Superman was human in this film. !<
