Wsop Main Event

Played this for the first time on Friday and bagged 140k chips at the end of the day. Is that a good amount for Day 2 or? I ask cause the chip leader into Day 2 has 1.2 million.

EDIT: I see a lot of people attacking me for asking this. Well, I’m a cancer patient and playing the main was a bucket list for me. So yea, not much tournament experience.
P.S. Most of those negative people deleted their comments.

Yesterday at the Tag Team tournament, Martin was playing on one table poker, while he was playing “blind chess” with a person on the table next to him . You can’t make this up 🤣🤣🤣

WSOP

Hi all,

Is there any particular time period of WSOP that’s busier than others, like beginning, middle or the end? Or any particular weeks? Or is it all random every year?

France vs Senegal, finally able to secure the tickets 🙏

The tickets were expensive for my price range, but I pulled the trigger since they are amazing views! 115c for $975 each.
I was lucky to meet a seller who was willing to meet in person so none of us have to worry about scamming. Transferred the tickets on the spot while I paid. If you’re trying to sell or buy, sellers, it’s ok to sell a bit more than what you paid for, but don’t be too greedy otherwise you’ll end up selling for much less as we get closer to the games. And buyers, do not buy any tickets unless you’re able to do the deal in person. Not worth taking a chance otherwise just buy form the resale market / Stubhub

Landmark Satellites @ WSOP

Please bear with me here because I’ve never played a landmark satellite in my life. Trying to make this question make sense and hoping I’m not making it too confusing lol.

I see at the app that the satellites with 10.000 starting chips, once a player gets to 100,000 chips, it means he/she reaches the money. Say there is 100 people registered, is that the only way to reach the Prize (by reaching to 100k chips) or you think some will make it based on last ones standing ? And if so, what do you think the general ratio between the two ways of getting to the prize usually is?

Question about WSOP: Mystery Millions & Mini Main Event

The above two tournaments both run for 3 days. Does making it into Day 2 guarantee you’re ITM or not necessarily?
