Tart Cherry Extract pills

I’m probably way off on this, but has anyone had any luck with tart cherry extract pills and reducing flare ups? I read that this can help rosacea, but if you read the internet long enough almost every food or vitamin can help or cause a flare up depending on the site. It can be confusing to say the least.🙄 Thank you for your help!!

D21 Hardbody sighting

I saw this in the wild at Lowe’s and had to take a picture. It’s in great shape! I was hoping to talk to the owner, but no luck. I had a 1986 that I bought in about 2001 for $250 from an auto parts store that was closing. It was their delivery truck and had over 400K on the odometer when the odometer broke. Drove it for about 2 years, and then sold it for $75. I miss that truck.
