Hello all,

Had a go at pulled pork for the first time a few days ago and I’m after some advice. The overall result came out well, although I’d say it didn’t quite crumble in the hands etc. Some bits were a tad tough.

I know for next time that I need to season and flavour it more, plus I didn’t put a sauce on after. It was roughly a 4-hour cook, although it was resting in the oven for 2–3 hours afterwards, which I know was probably too long?

Any more advice?
