When I have an anxiety attack, I can start sweating a lot, which honestly makes the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this?
What things have helped you calm down during an attack and reduce or stop the sweating? Breathing techniques, grounding exercises, cooling down, medication, or anything else that’s worked for you?
