Gibney is a fool

Gibney's movie 🎥 due to his hatred of Elon Musk says that the most damaging comes from Ashley St. Clair.
Yet, does Gibney realize Ashley is into her embellishing Girl Era.
Being known to try to baby trap other Republicans, think I heard 2 other men. Also, being known as only as a  good time girl.
Let's face it, Ashley enjoy the men liking her, the ultimate pick me girl.

Yet, Ashley wants us to believe her narrative like, she didn't set out to baby trap or harm Elon Musk.
Gibney, Ashley grifted you, you staked your reputation on her. Ouch!

Sewing confusion & mistrust

Once again, Ashley is using her skills of being a yapper (yapper is her word- not mine, good word choice!) to sew confusion and mistrust.

Seriously, how many people are going to run to Ashley St. Clair to spill the beans?
Or? Are her "sources" things she has on people that don't want out there. Frankly, if this is the case, just let it out there. People are going to think worse things of anyone helping Ashley.

My take, Ashley wants or NEEDS to stay relevant. She wants people to think that people are telling her things, when in reality Ashley has been shut out. Or there wouldn't be a  need for spin with ambiguity to try to imply mistrust.

Embellishing again for a narrative

Once again Ashley St. Clair is embellishing the narrative.
In the first screen shot Ashley is letting Shivon Zilis (the world) know that Elon Musk was not only letting her know but others, that Shivon was leaving. (Mean girl attitude all around)
Second screen shot is from Ashley's own page about being on Jesse Walter's.
This was filmed in nyc, Per Grok:
She was in the Fox News studio in New York for that hit.
The frame is an in-studio shot, not a remote box. She is at the same desk as Johnny Joey Jones on the Jesse Watters Primetime set, with the New York skyline behind them. The on-screen clock reads 7:51 CT, which is 8:51 p.m. Eastern, during the November 15, 2024 show.
She posted “Will be on Jesse Watters shortly” about three hours before the screenshot, at 7:38 p.m. Central. That lines up with her being in the city that day

Just curious how Ashley can be in nyc at that time, be meeting Elon in Mar Lago when she was in nyc all day on the 25th.
Flights take about 3 hours, plus traffic before anyone goes down that rabbit hole.

What we have is another embellishment from Ashley to Shivon. To "help" Shivon while hurting Elon.

Same ole' thing

This is from today. She is on her camera recording while taking screen shots.
How is this having integrity?

Personally, whoever communicates with her needs to be careful.
This shows she is still "collecting"

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you follow consistently, even when no one is watching and even when it costs you.
In practice it means your words, actions, and values line up. You do what you say you will do, you don’t misrepresent facts for advantage, and you hold the same standard in private that you claim in public.
The word comes from the Latin integritas, meaning wholeness or intactness. That root still shows up in the ordinary sense: a person (or thing) of integrity is undivided — not split between what they claim and what they actually do.

Unraveling the Narrative: A Multi-Part Series on Ashley St. Clair’s Falsehoods — Part I: The NY Post Interview

^(Photo is from a conservative political convention held in Budapest, Hungary, in March 2024 (titled "Wings of Change" by the event organizers)**************. She has a very flat stomach for being "3 months" pregnant. There is another photo with Jordan Peterson a few weeks later, and it is still completely flat.), In February 2025, the New York Post published an exclusive interview with Ashley St. Clair. In it, St. Clair claimed to have engaged in a secret romantic relationship with Elon Musk, resulting in the birth of a child in September 2024. https://nypost.com/2025/02/15/us-news/ashley-st-clair-who-claims-to-have-had-musks-13th-child-reveals-life-of-secrecy/ It must be said that the NYP appeared "skeptical."They say they requested evidence and that ASC did not provide it to them.

However, when cross-referencing the claims in that interview against documentary evidence, social media digital footprints, flight logs, and community forensic data analysis, her entire narrative completely collapses. Below is the point-by-point debunking.

1. The Alleged Origin of the Romance and First Meeting

What was claimed in the interview: Ashley contends that she met Elon Musk on X (formerly Twitter) in May 2023 via a direct message (DM) exchange triggered by a meme. She also asserts that Seth Dillon, founder of the satirical site The Babylon Bee, dispatched her to Twitter HQ in San Francisco specifically to interview Musk, and that an ongoing romantic relationship blossomed shortly thereafter.

What the actual evidence shows:

  • A Single Documented Encounter in SF: The only photographic and physical proof of them in the same room dates to Friday, May 19, 2023, at Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters, where an entire group from The Babylon Bee gathered. Metadata and forensic location tracking confirm they only ever met in person on that single occasion. PNG
  • A Professional Dynamic, Not a Romantic One: Seth Dillon posted a group photo at Twitter HQ at 5:50 PM PT. In the images, Ashley’s gaze and body language are strictly focused on Dillon—her employer for the trip—rather than Musk. There were no "sparks" or romantic interactions observed.
  • Zero Witness or Physical Corroboration: In over three years, not a single third party, witness, photo, or text message sent to friends has placed Ashley and Musk together anywhere else. Ashley herself remains the sole "source" behind both her media claims and secondary press leaks. PNG
  • The New York Timeline Impossibility: Flight records and press coverage document Musk’s exact, highly public trips to New York throughout 2023 and 2024 (e.g., meeting PM Modi on June 20, PM Erdogan on Sept 17, the GFY interview on Nov 29, or Kathryn Murdock's screening on April 3, 2024). Every visit was brief, heavily photographed, and fully accounted for, leaving zero window or opportunity for "dating" in NY. PNG
  • Conflicting Relationship Dynamics: While Ashley claimed to be in a secret romance with Musk, social media posts and cross-verified location tags place her consistently with analyst Mike Benz throughout 2023 and 2024 during her travels to Austin, Miami, Mar-a-Lago, D.C., and Rome. PNG

>Verdict: The work trip to conduct the interview occurred, but the story of an ongoing romance is entirely fabricated. Musk's movements were 100% accounted for by flight logs and photo documentation, proving there was neither the time nor any physical opportunity for a romantic relationship.

2. The Mystery of the Providence, Rhode Island Flight

What was claimed in the interview: It was alleged that following the meeting on Friday, May 19, 2023, Elon Musk sent her a message asking, "Providence tonight?", inviting her aboard his private jet to Rhode Island to kick off their love story.

What real evidence and timeline analysis prove:

A. Flight Log Chronology

Elon Musk’s private jet departed San Francisco on Friday, May 19 at 11:35 PM PT and landed in Providence on Saturday, May 20 at 7:15 AM ET for a visit with one of his children who was attending school there.

B. Logistical Analysis of Times, Outfits, and Weather (The Photographic Refutation)

To claim she was at Twitter HQ at 5:50 PM PT and inside a hotel bathroom by 6:58 PM PT (just 68 minutes later) requires an impossible logistical feat:

  • Outfit and Makeup Inconsistencies:
    • Photo 1 (Twitter HQ): Ashley wears a leather jacket over a black top, complete formal makeup, and a geometric gold pendant.
    • Photo 2 (Bathroom Selfie): She wears a black "The Clintons" t-shirt, fresh lipstick, and an entirely different choker necklace.
    • Timeline Impossibility: It is physically impossible for the group to arrive at 5:50 PM, set up and conduct an interview, snap group photos, leave Twitter HQ, take an elevator down, travel to a hotel, head up to a room, undress, change clothing, swap jewelry, touch up makeup, pose for multiple bathroom selfies, and rush back to Twitter HQ wearing her original outfit.
  • San Francisco Climate & Temperature Factors:
    • On May 19, downtown San Francisco temperatures between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM hovered around 66°F–68°F (19°C–20°C) with clear skies.
    • Running out to change into a heavy leather jacket in the middle of a warm urban afternoon makes no sense, unless that leather jacket photo was actually taken around 6:30 AM, when San Francisco mornings are significantly colder.
  • Strategic Posting and Deletion of the T-Shirt Photo:
    • The bathroom selfie featuring "The Clintons" t-shirt was posted strategically to bait Musk's attention, knowing his penchant for that brand of humor. Realizing later that this photo destroyed the chronological logic of her travel claims, she quietly deleted it from her social media accounts.

C. The Clock Photo Trap and Time Zones

Ashley attempted to prove her presence on the East Coast by displaying a photo of a clock showing 6:30, but the clock lacked an AM/PM indicator and a date stamp:

  • Whether taken at 6:30 PM PT Friday or 6:30 AM PT Saturday, both align with California time.
  • A photo posted Sunday, May 21 at 6:30 AM on a couch places her squarely on the West Coast before she flew to New York to record a podcast with Jack Posobiec. No record exists placing her in Rhode Island or aboard the jet.

D. Absence of Proof (Burden of Proof)

  • It was common knowledge in the media that Musk had installed makeshift bedrooms, couches, and 24/7 workspaces at Twitter HQ for late-night sessions. Her presence in the building merely confirms she was working with The Babylon Bee team hours before the jet departed.
  • Ashley has failed to produce a single boarding pass, a legitimate photo inside the jet, a passport stamp, or proof of lodging in Providence.
  • Seth Dillon was already flying to Fort Wayne, Indiana, on Saturday afternoon to speak at a Lincoln Day event, debunking any narrative of a prolonged joint trip.

E. The "In-Flight" Musk Photo

Ashley later produced a photograph of Musk inside an airplane with cutlery, claiming she took it herself that night on the flight to Providence. However:

  • The image was pulled directly from a Starlink livestream broadcast.
  • As noted during analysis, Musk had a visible beard and looked well-rested during the Twitter HQ interview that evening. In the airplane photo, he is clean-shaven and appears exhausted.
  • Lighting and shadow consistency checks further indicate the image was manipulated or AI-generated.

>Verdict: The New York Post printed an unverified text message without confirming if she ever boarded that flight. The forensic analysis of attire, jewelry, transit times, weather conditions, and manipulated media proves she never flew to Providence; she remained in California completing her work schedule.

3. The Myth of "Total Isolation" and a Destroyed Career

What was claimed in the interview: Ashley framed herself as a victim of strict confinement throughout 2024 due to her alleged pregnancy, claiming she was "completely isolated" from society, which halted her professional career and public presence.

What the real evidence proves: So, while she was telling us she was "locked away," she was also filming a documentary. Timestamped photographic records, metadata, and social media activity confirm she maintained a hyperactive public schedule and international travel itinerary throughout 2024:

  • January 10: Interviewed on 'Your Welcome' with Michael Malice (Episode 293).
  • January 15: Traveled with Vivek Ramaswamy to Urbandale, Iowa, for a conference.
  • January 20: Attended a Miami event with analyst Mike Benz.
  • January 22: Visited The Babylon Bee in Florida with Vivek Ramaswamy and posted photos from the visit.
  • February 17: Made a public visit to a shooting range/gun shop.
  • March 1: Attended a public event with Dave Rubin.
  • March 4–7: Appeared on The Dave Rubin Report.
  • March 11: Traveled to Austin, Texas, for public events.
  • March 23: Participated in the "Wings of Change" conference in Hungary.
  • March 24: Posted photos with Vivek Ramaswamy in Rome.
  • April 10: Conducted an in-person meeting and recording with Jordan Peterson.
  • April 16: Handled in-person administrative filings at City Hall.
  • April 27–28: Made public appearances and attended events in New York.
  • May 2: Attended the Triggernometry event.
  • May 14: Featured on the Arjun Khemani Podcast.
  • May 29–30: Traveled internationally to Rome, Italy, with Mike Benz.
  • July 6–13: Took a second trip to Rome (photographed in formal attire).
  • August 10: Traveled to the United Kingdom.
  • October 27: Attended the Madison Square Garden rally in New York City.

>Verdict: Completely false. The claim of being "isolated and unable to work" falls apart when confronted with over a dozen public events, speaking engagements, and international flights during the very months she was supposedly confined.

Debunking the Providence Lie: The Timeline Proving Ashley St. Clair Never Flew with Elon Musk. She had breakfast with Seth Dillon, not Musk.

Thanks to u/ApprehensiveTrick579 for all the data.

ASC told The New York Times that she had flown with Musk to Providence, and that was where their "romance" began. Just another one of her lies. Geography and public records do not lie: Ashley St. Clair (ASC) never boarded that jet with Elon Musk to Providence on May 19, 2023. The entire story relies on fabricated screenshots and delayed posts to simulate an intimacy that never existed outside of a transactional visibility strategy on X.

Here is the step-by-step chronological breakdown that completely dismantles the claim:

1. Initial Contact & Arrival in San Francisco (May 2–19, 2023)

  • May 2, 2023: Elon Musk begins following ASC on X. That same day, ASC texts a former friend stating that Musk followed her and that she needs his "rocket babies," establishing a focus on clout-chasing from day one.
  • May 19, 2023 (Late Afternoon): ASC arrives in San Francisco with The Babylon Bee team. At 6:58 PM PT (9:58 PM ET), she posts a hotel bathroom mirror selfie wearing a "The Clintons" shirt, captioning it: "If I get stabbed in San Fran, blame it on the shirt." Though later deleted, the screenshot confirms she was in a hotel room, not a Gulfstream.
  • May 19, 2023 (Night): The group tours Twitter/X HQ, where the only existing photograph of ASC and Musk together is taken. In the three-person frame featuring Seth Dillon on the left, Musk in the center, and ASC on the right, Musk faces the group while ASC’s body language is directed toward Dillon. Musk replied to two of her tweets that day, marking the extent of their real-life interaction.

2. Flight Records vs. The "Phantom Flight" (May 19–21, 2023)

ASC claimed that after leaving Twitter HQ, Musk asked her, "Feel like going to Providence tonight?" and that they flew out together. Public flight trackers and time zones make this narrative physically impossible:

  • May 19, 11:35 PM PT: Musk’s jet departs San Francisco bound for Rhode Island.
  • May 20, 7:15 AM ET (4:15 AM PT): The plane lands in Providence, Rhode Island, to pick up his son at the end of his college semester.
  • May 20, 3:51 PM ET: Musk departs Providence with his son, arriving in Austin at 6:17 PM CT before heading to Los Angeles at 7:44 PM PT.
  • May 21, 11:00 AM PT: Musk departs Los Angeles, returning to Austin.
  • The Fabricated "Proof": To support her claim of being on board, ASC presented a screenshot of an aircraft window. Cross-referencing proved the image was pulled directly from a public Starlink test video.

3. The Unassailable Alibi: Twitter HQ & The Indiana Itinerary

While Musk’s jet was landing on the East Coast on Saturday morning, May 20, ASC remained in San Francisco with The Babylon Bee team:

  • Saturday, May 20, 6:30 AM PT: A photo is taken inside Twitter/X Headquarters in San Francisco. Seth Dillon’s phone screen in the photo displays a lock screen time of 6:30. Architectural markers—including the Shantell Martin mural on the back wall, the sky-blue textured wall covering, green snake seating, and floor pattern—conclusively identify the location as Twitter HQ, not a hotel. ASC is wearing the exact same leather jacket from the night before. JPG
  • The Geographic Conflict: At 6:30 AM PT in San Francisco, it was 9:30 AM ET in Providence—where Musk’s plane had already been on the ground for over two hours. For her story to be true, ASC would have had to fly 3,000 miles to Rhode Island overnight, immediately turn around without being logged on any manifest, and fly another 3,000 miles back to San Francisco in under two hours just to sit at Twitter HQ at 6:30 AM. JPG
  • Seth Dillon’s Itinerary: On Saturday evening, May 20, Seth Dillon was the keynote speaker at the Wells County Republican Lincoln Day Dinner in Fort Wayne, Indiana. For Dillon to make his scheduled speaking engagement in Indiana that evening, the 6:30 AM photo had to take place on Saturday morning in San Francisco before his cross-country flight. It could not have occurred on Sunday morning, as Dillon was already in the Midwest and could not physically fly back overnight after his event just to sit on a couch in San Francisco.

4. Social Media Manipulation & The Transactional Engagement Pattern

  • Delayed Posting: Knowing that the Saturday photo exposed her true location in San Francisco, ASC held the photo and waited until Sunday, May 21, at 7:31 AM PT to post it with the caption: “‘How are you so funny when you’re a woman’ — u/SethDillon*”*. At that time, Musk was still in Los Angeles preparing for his 11:00 AM PT flight back to Austin.
  • Structured Engagement: Her interactions with Musk on X throughout 2023 followed a rigid, transactional format. Interactions averaged 6 to 8 active days per month, systematically clustered near the end of each month with low-effort replies to boost algorithmic reach.
  • Financial Payoff: On July 13, 2023, ASC publicly posted an ad-revenue sharing payout from X totaling $7,153 USD off 328 million impressions. Platform-linked promotional accounts subsequently used her posts to market app features like picture-in-picture mode.

5. Estimated Revenue Breakdown

The calculation is based on her confirmed payout of $7,153 USD in July 2023 (derived from 328 million impressions during a month averaging 6 active interaction days by Musk, which equals approximately ~$1,192.17 USD per active interaction day).

  • 2023 (May – December): During the initial high-activity phase (averaging 6 to 8 interaction days per month), she accumulated a total of 52 active days, generating approximately ~$61,992.66 USD.
  • 2024 (January – December): Under a fixed pattern of approximately 4 interaction days per month (totaling 50 active days for the year), she generated approximately ~$59,608.36 USD.
  • 2025 (January – March): Regular interactions ceased. With only 2 isolated interactions in February and March, derived revenue dropped to approximately ~$2,384.34 USD.

Total Estimated Earnings:

Across all visibility, replies, and amplification on X from May 2023 through March 2025, ASC was paid approximately ~$123,985.36 USD.

Conclusion

There are no flight manifests, no jet metadata, and no eyewitnesses placing Ashley St. Clair on that aircraft. While Elon Musk flew across the country to pick up his son, ASC remained in San Francisco at Twitter HQ with The Babylon Bee team before Seth Dillon departed for his event in Indiana. The entire narrative relies on recycled video frames, delayed social media uploads, and geographic impossibilities.

Ashley St. Clair and Shivon Zilis: Why They Are "Breeders" and Why ASC Can't Stop Lying

Below are links to various posts previously published analyzing the claims regarding ASC, the nature of her relationship with Musk, and the financial aspects surrounding the child—a case that, according to the available data, revolves around the monetization of an arrangement to become a single mother via IVF and surrogacy**.**

The Gibney documentary has brought several issues to the table that can be analyzed step by step, in the coming days, weeks..... From an analytical standpoint, it presents a heavily politicized narrative used within broader media campaigns to discredit Musk. Reports suggest this production has been in the works for roughly three years, prominently featuring Ashley St. Clair as a central figure.

Among the topics raised is Justine Wilson's label for the mothers involved—referred to in the documentary as "breeders." While the documentary focuses on what it characterizes as an obsession with reproduction, public evidence indicates this stems from a broader demographic view on global birth rates. Nevertheless, analyzing these perspectives sheds light on how these legal contracts are constructed and why these procedures rely on IVF and surrogacy, despite the varying public narratives presented by the parties involved.

All of this helps contextualize what presumably occurred in the cases of Ashley St. Clair and Shivon Zilis within this contractual framework.

The matter appears significantly more complex in ASC's case. Based on the working hypothesis, figures within the inner circle—presumingly Shivon Zilis and Jared Birchall—may have acted as the initial contacts to arrange for ASC to become a single mother under financial assurances. However—whether due to oversight, administrative failure, or internal conflict—a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) was seemingly not linked to the initial IVF contract to protect the privacy of the parties involved.

Presumingly, this is how the legal framework functions based on court filings and public records, rather than unverified media claims:

1. The Contractual Framework: Assisted Reproduction vs. NDA

The central axis of the legal and financial dispute comes down to the distinction between two independent agreements:

  • The Fertility / Maternity Agreement (IVF): This agreement arises from the shared premise of expanding birth rates, under which ASC sought to become a single mother with financial support.
    • Function: Regulates the donation of genetic material, the gestation process, and the legal assignment of custody for the newborn.
    • Legal Effect: If the contract stipulates the delivery of the child to the biological or designated mother following the surrogate's relinquishment of rights, fulfilling this delivery is an autonomous contractual obligation. It does not intrinsically depend on the existence of additional non-disclosure agreements.
    • Donor Status: Determines whether the male figure acts legally as a private donor with no parental obligations or as a father legally responsible for financial support. This is core evidence for judicial evaluation, alongside the surrogate mother's waiver, the timelines of the IVF process, and the implantation dates.
    • Note: This agreement led to a secondary contract in which the surrogate mother carrying the pregnancy waived her parental rights so the baby could be handed over to ASC pursuant to the prior arrangement.
  • The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
    • Function: An independent contract intended to limit public statements, protect privacy, and safeguard financial details.
    • Implication: Signing or rejecting an NDA does not automatically invalidate the prior assisted reproduction agreement unless both documents contain explicit clauses of interdependence. This appears to be the exact point of contention raised by legal counsel prior to the birth.

From a legal analysis, it can be deduced that Ashley St. Clair may ultimately end up not receiving direct discretionary funds. The reason for a potential zero-dollar cash settlement—or a drastically smaller sum—comes down to how U.S. family and contract law classifies the relationship, the conception, and breach-of-contract provisions.

1. Why the "Personal Relationship" vs. "IVF Donor" Distinction Is Crucial

In family law, a massive legal boundary exists between an intentional father within a couple and a sperm donor:

  • Pure Donor Status (Sperm Donation Statutes): If a signed IVF contract legally identifies him as a private donor for a single woman, most states release the donor from all child support obligations. Under this framework, the mother assumes 100% of the financial responsibility for the child. Therefore, if the contract holds up as a simple donation, she has no legal right to demand personal child support, housing, or reserve funds.
  • The Need to Prove a Personal Relationship / Natural Conception: To dismantle the "exempt donor" shield, the legal strategy requires alleging that a cold donation arrangement did not exist, but rather an emotional/romantic relationship with intent to co-parent, or that conception occurred outside the contractual framework of a pure donation. If classified as an intentional legal father within a relationship, automatic child support obligations are triggered.

This legal distinction explains why public narratives heavily emphasize personal relationships, as public posts and records continually challenge the claim of a traditional romantic partnership.

2. Why a DNA Test Alone Does Not Guarantee Money

A DNA test only proves biological paternity, but in modern reproductive medicine, biology does not automatically translate to financial obligation:

  • Biology vs. Contract: A donor intended to be anonymous or exempt is 100% the biological father of the child, yet may hold 0% financial obligation. A DNA test confirms genetic paternity, but it does not invalidate a previously signed IVF contract where parental rights and financial burdens were legally structured.
  • Insufficiency of Evidence: To award child support, courts do not merely ask, "Is it his DNA?" but rather, "Under what legal agreement was that DNA provided?" If the court concludes the DNA was provided through a formal donation protected by state law, the DNA test becomes legally insufficient to demand direct personal support.

3. Why Public Campaigns Can Impact Financial Outcomes

Publicly releasing recordings, private messages, or participating in documentaries and interviews is a high-risk legal path that can impact financial claims for three reasons:

u/MajesticCorgi634 — 1 month ago

Fame verses infamy

Ashley wants clout. Ashley wants to be famous. Keeping her voice was important, to her.
Let's look at the differences between being famous versus infamy.

Grok:
Fame is being widely known for something people admire or want. Infamy is being widely known for something people condemn.
Both are attention. They are not the same currency.
Fame
People remember the work, the talent, the win. The name travels because others want to associate with it. You can still have a private life attached to it. Fame can be used; it opens doors.
Infamy
People remember the scandal, the harm, the clip. The name travels because others want to punish, mock, or warn. Association is costly. Infamy also opens doors — interviews, clicks, lawsuits — but they are usually the wrong doors.
The mix-up happens because both produce the same surface metrics: searches, posts, recognition. Someone can chase visibility and land in infamy while calling it a “platform.” Someone else can become infamous while trying to stay private, because other people control the story.
A few practical differences:
• Fame can fade into a normal life. Infamy tends to follow the kids, the job, the Google result.
• Fame is “I know who that is.” Infamy is “I know what they did.”
• You can recover from fame that went quiet. Recovering from infamy means the old charge is still the first sentence.
Wanting to be known is not the same as wanting to be notorious. Treating them as interchangeable is how people burn a child’s privacy, a reputation, or a case for “clout” and then act surprised the internet kept the worst version.

Ashley, stated on a TikTok that no man wants a woman with 2 children.
That is not true. Good men, love the children no matter what.

What men don't want, doesn't matter if they are working class (which would be beneath Ashley) or a millionaire or billionaire, is a woman who is vindictive and decides to go public.

Trust is imperative in any relationship. Unfortunately Ashley, keeps proving how untrustworthy she really is.
2 phones keep coming to mind.

Ashley will be notorious for what she did. Not famous for her voice.
By her own admission, being in this one sided documentary coming out, was the **REAL** reason.

Motherhood

Ashley wants us to believe it was in the best interest of her child to go public, however her "truth telling" actually is considered using the child as a weapon.

A parent who doxxes their own child is using the kid as a weapon.
The job of a mother is to keep the child safer than the world would keep them. Publishing a child’s name, school, address, photos, or private details to punish someone else — an ex, a co-parent, an audience, a narrative — does the opposite. It trades the child’s safety for the parent’s anger, control, or public story.
People do it for a few predictable reasons:
• Spite in a breakup or custody fight
• “I’ll show them” after they feel disrespected
• Attention or sympathy online
• Trying to force the other parent’s hand
None of those make it less of a betrayal. The child didn’t choose the fight and can’t consent to being exposed. Once that information is out, you don’t get to take it back, and the risk (harassment, school targeting, physical safety) sits on the kid, not the adult who posted it.
That’s not “protective,” “truth-telling,” or “standing up for yourself.” That’s a parent who decided their grievance mattered more than the child’s privacy. -

Remember, Ashley betrayed her child. Actually both of them by putting them into the public spotlight.
Ashley, betrayed Elon Musk, all because it was for a last name.
When Ashley, says her voice is worth more than 40+ million dollars, as free speech is priceless. Remember, it wasn't 40 million dollars she wanted. She, Ashley wanted the lifestyle.
She didn't care about her children's safety. She didn't care who knew, she even confessed she is a yapper.
Ultimately, the people who pay the price, will be the children
She didn't care about her children being humiliated by her doxxing her son. Ashley didn't care about what consequences will happen to the children.
Personally, I call that being selfish, not a heroic free speech choice.
Ashley, took her children's choices away, by going public.

If all this publicity was for her voice - for free speech, how goes she explain wanting the last name?

Receipts don't lie: Ashley St. Clair was already negotiating money before the child even arrived. 🚨

While Ashley St. Clair has spent months trying to convince the public that she was "forced" into legal action, and that she turned down a $44 million offer out of moral principle to avoid being "silenced" by an NDA, court records reveal a completely different reality. Having your lawyers demand more money just days before a child is born, in what was supposedly a relationship you had or have, if that isn't trafficking in a child's life, then what is it? And trying to spin that garbage as if someone was trying to "silence" her is absurd**. Using a child like this is appalling, and it's a disgraceful way to act as a mother.** She wanted a payout, a settlement, she wanted to become a "mother" to set herself up for life at the expense of a child. That is the cold reality.

NYSCEF Document No. 6 presents an undeniable timeline that dismantles her public story piece by piece.

1. The Timeline and The True Intent

  • The Pre-Birth Email: On September 16, 2024, at 6:46 PM, between 24 and 48 hours before Romulus was born, Ashley’s high-profile custody attorney, Karen B. Rosenthal (Bikel Rosenthal & Schanfield), sent an urgent email directly to Jared Birchall attaching an agreement titled StClair.Musk Agreement 9.16.24.docx.
  • Before Delivery: The child had not yet been born or handed over by the surrogate mother, yet her legal team was already squeezing for modified financial terms.
  • The Real Reason for Negotiations: She didn't turn down $44 million out of martyrdom or to protect her free speech. The evidence shows her legal team was actively negotiating to secure a substantially larger sum before the baby was even in her arms.
  • Financial Pressure Tactics: Sending a draft agreement with the subject line "RE: Modification" demanding higher payouts, DNA testing, and a surname change right before the birth was a maximum-leverage play. She used the baby's imminent arrival to force a much larger payout.

The sequence of events lays out a calculated plan: it was never about protecting her child or fighting censorship, but using the birth deadline as leverage to secure an astronomical sum.

2. Demand #1: The DNA Test and What It Really Proves

The draft agreement explicitly demanded a genetic marker paternity test within 6 months of the birth of the child "expected to be born this week."

For someone claiming to have had an intimate relationship with Musk, demanding a formal DNA test through expensive lawyers before the baby is even born immediately raises red flags, especially considering she was never physically pregnant herself.

In a genuine, conventional relationship, paternity is resolved privately without legal demands from a law firm. Filing a formal DNA demand reveals four critical strategic motives:

  • No Cohabitation or Real Relationship: It implicitly confirms the absence of a romantic relationship or shared life. Without a genuine bond, a genetic test is the only legal mechanism to forcibly tie down the other party.
  • The Mandatory Legal Gateway: A court cannot order child support, asset division, or a surname change to "Musk" without a binding paternity determination. The DNA test serves as the mandatory step one to trigger major financial claims.
  • A Bargaining Chip: Serving a legal demand on Jared Birchall two days before delivery turns the DNA test into leverage to force the execution of the financial modification ("RE: Modification").
  • Surrogacy Realities: Because the birth occurred via surrogacy, clinic contracts require absolute genetic confirmation of the implanted embryos to establish legal liability and custody.

3. Demand #2: The "Musk" Surname as Financial Leverage

The draft demanded an immediate legal change of the child's last name to "Musk" upon confirmation of paternity.

By tying the surname demand to the DNA test inside a financial modification proposal, her legal team was setting the price tag on the transaction. Demanding the "Musk" name is a tactic to anchor child support and financial settlements to the elite standard of living of the Musk family, rather than standard court-ordered child support baselines.

She was never turning down financial settlements; she was actively deploying her legal team to secure far greater compensation before ever holding the child in her arms.

Weak & Wrong

Ashley, lip syncing how she isn't going to apologize as that is for the weak snd wrong.

However, a genuine apology actually shows immense strength, maturity and self awareness

- Apologizing is not inherently weak.
A real apology is an admission that you did something that caused harm and that you accept responsibility for it. That takes more spine than pretending nothing happened or doubling down.
Strength is not never being wrong. Strength is being able to say you were wrong without collapsing or attacking. Weakness is either refusing to own anything or owning everything just to keep the peace -

Girl, you are showing your weaknesses by attacking. Not taking responsibility for any of your actions.

Obsessed

Recently Ashley posted on TikTok with the song Obessed running in the back ground.
Here are part of the lyrics Ashley used.

- It's clear that you're upset with me (with me), oh, oh, oh
Finally found a girl that you couldn't impress
Last man on the earth, still couldn't get this
You're delusional, you're delusional
Boy, you're losing your mind
It's confusing, yo, you're confused, you know
Why you wasting your time?
Got you all fired up with your Napoleon complex
See right through you like you're bathing in Windex
Oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh
Boy, why you so obsessed with me?-
**Obsession is a persistent, often intense preoccupation with a person, idea, feeling, or activity that dominates someone’s thoughts.**

Ashley is looking for any way to get under Elon Musk's skin, to pay him back for whatever slight she feels. Isn't that obsession?

Constantly looking for something to be upset about with him is just not being preoccupied, it is showing signs of obsession.

Accordingly to Ashley, she turned down 40+ million dollars for her voice. The cost, her peace, her badmouthing Romulus' father.
Continually, badmouthing Elon Musk shows she isn't just not moving on, she has, she will continue to be vindictive.

- Vindictive means having or showing a strong desire for revenge—especially holding a grudge and trying to get back at someone who you believe wronged you.-

Every podcast, every time Ashley opens up her mouth Ashley uses her words to harm. Ashley thinks she is using her voice for good. However, her voice can be construed as humiliation abuse.

- Humiliation abuse is a form of emotional and psychological abuse in which one person uses shame, degradation, or public/private embarrassment to control, punish, or diminish another person.
It is not a single isolated insult. It is a pattern of making someone feel small, exposed, worthless, or powerless.-

Ashley, was communicating with Jared Birchall the day before Romulus was born about wanting the Musk last name. When Ashley didn't receive the response she wanted, she waited, and waited... then went public.

By going public Ashley thought she could shame Elon Musk into what she wanted. Musk didn't break, Ashley looks like she is scorned. However, by going public, and continuing to use her  **voice** In my pov, she is in essence showing a form of emotional & psychological abuse.

- Humiliation abuse is a form of emotional and psychological abuse in which one person uses shame, degradation, or public/private embarrassment to control, punish, or diminish another person.
It is not a single isolated insult. It is a pattern of making someone feel small, exposed, worthless, or powerless.-

Insanity is continually doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Does Ashley, think that by opening her mouth, against Musk, she will get what she wants?

If Ashley's voice was so important to her, why did she ask for the Musk last name for Romulus? Isn't Romulus safety worth the world not knowing about him?

Or has this entire "my voice" been about shaming Musk publicly to have him cave to give the last name, which shows what Ashley was really after. Not keeping her voice. Not about the 40+ million, Ashley wanted more, which isn't what she stated

Little bit just a little bit more professional

In Ashley's GRWM today, Ashley implied due to an oath in law school she needs to be "just a little bit more professional"

Waiting ..

Waiting .....

We all might be waiting forever. Once again she mentioned her frontal cortex.
Girl, quit using that as an excuse for your bad behavior.

Where do I begin, there is a group that loves you, there is a group that hates you. However, you missed a group, the middle group who doesn't fall in either category. There is a group who thinks your actions are wrong, that you made your choices, there are consequences to those choices.
Who actually want you to be better person, better professionally, better mother, ultimately be happy
However, your happiness shouldn't come at the expenses of others.

Kindness

Unless we want another sub banned. People being banned. We need to remember civility/kindness.
Noticed after the Open AI trial that people just created posts to cause drama.

  1. Reposting posts for drama effect, takes away from the point our moderators created.
No, I am not speaking for them. I am thankful for this space.
  2. Shivon's posts really should be in her sub.
  3. We all need to remember that there are people behind the screen. Be civil. Yes, emotions get rattled, but part of the reason for this sub is for discussing different POV's.
4.EMusk, is a controversial figure. Most of us like him. But don't agree with his choices.
We should still be civil. To each other - him and his family. Cheap shots, not respectful.
(I am talking about everyone posting here, myself included)

Frankly, not looking for controversy just looking for us to remember why we are here.

Clarity - not a mod - just trying to point out to be respectful.
