I have a 303 m² plot and want to build a single-storey house. Is my program realistically feasible?

Plot: 303 m²
House: single-storey
Bedrooms: 3, each with its own bathroom
Living room
Dining area
Kitchen

I'm trying to understand whether this can realistically fit while maintaining reasonable room sizes, circulation, parking and outdoor space.

I'd appreciate an architect's opinion on what compromises would be necessary and approximately how much floor area I should target.
