I have Pgad's disease, which is caused by tight pelvic floor muscles. I have a psychiatry/neurology appointment tomorrow. Do you think this is logical? I don't know where to go. Maybe they can help.
So which foods/drinks triggers your PGAD? I have noticed that caffeine makes mine worse. But something that I eat makes it worse either i guess but I couldn’t find it. Can sugar make that worse?

hey guys I’ve been using a SSRI, Escitalopram. Its been 2 weeks now and my syndrome is noticeably worse. Is it too early to quit after 2 weeks? But its so obvious that it got worse. What should I do? I feel like my pelvic floor is more tight now
