"Hippos, Solace, Shocks, and regular soldiers deserve love and treatment."
"Hippos, Solace, Shocks, Men, Women, and Child deserve love and care."
-Ian Khorin and Frankie Khorin
September 8, 1929
Ian and Frankie yearn for the presence of a child, the love only a family can have, the final lock in their long and strong relationship. Since childhood, they have been through thick and thin, persistently guiding each other in the path of the Lord even through war where death and murder flood the caves.
They have tried countless times, every week, every month, every year, and every campaign. They are patient, they know God will grant them a little one to care for when the time is right. Ian doesn't blame Frankie, and Frankie trusts Ian. Both of them understand that this is a journey for them to take together. Soon enough, they will earn the happy ending they have imagined as teenagers: A small cottage like Ian had in Smolensk, a Boutique, a floral shop, and a family of four.
Understanding the incredible value of a mere baby, the couple's love for other people strengthens. Life is a miracle, all created the same way but with different upbringing. The good and evil are tended to, the innocent and stained are loved. Ian knows for sure,
Without love, people can end up like Frankie's Father.
