Potty Training

I recently welcomed a now 4 month old Apricot Spoo and he is finally getting settled and accustomed to our program. He’s been with us for 3 weeks. Week 1 he had an accident inside which was my fault 🤦🏾‍♀️. I take him out for breaks after water and meals, throughout the day and following naps and crate time. The last couple of days however he’s had 2 accidents and I’ve also caught him popping a squat… I immediately marked with no and took him outside.

I’m not sure why he isn’t signaling or holding it until we go out. Do I need to start training over aka treating upon every break again? What’s worst is I almost caught him trying to go on the couch which is a hell’s no lol.

Anyone thoughts, comments? I know it’s only been a few weeks but he came home “potty and crate trained” so I believe he understands the expectations of potty happens outside.

Thanks for your help! Pic in comment!
