I have a small Ltd and I'm the only person working and only director. I make around £1500/month. How much can I pay myself as salary? Also, can I pay myself dividents every month? If so, how much? Sorry if I'm asking silly questions but I have no clue on how all this works. Thank you!!
I’m trying to figure out the best time to take it. If I take it before bed, I can’t sleep properly, I keep tossing and turning and wake up multiple times during the night. But when I take it in the morning, I feel sleepy during the day and keep yawning constantly.
So now I’m wondering if taking it in the afternoon might work better. Does anyone here do that? What has your experience been like with timing and side effects?
I'm wondering if there's hope or I just need to get used to the idea that I'm gonna be a "meh" person my whole life :) I'm in an ok-ish place at the moment(200g lamotrigine, 10g abilify). Not really depressed, but still, sleeping long hours, not feeling much joy in life. Am I ever gonna be my happy self again? Do I need antidepressants?
I understand that medication helps with not having manic episodes and that's great. But did any of you find the right cocktail of meds to get rid of depression completely?
