I’m contemplating starting Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) to lose weight and get healthier, but I wanted to hear from people who have actually done it.
If you’ve done ADF (true 36-hour fasts / zero-calorie fasting days), how did it work for you?
How much weight did you lose and how long did it take?
How did you handle the hunger on fasting days in the beginning?
Did you notice any other benefits (like energy levels or mental clarity)?
I’m currently at 88kg (around 194 lbs) and my ultimate goal is to get down to 65kg (143 lbs). I’d love to hear your honest experiences, tips for beginners, or success stories.
