In addition to the stat increase, which fixes the only thing Sunshot lacked in PvP: aim assist. Upon applying an elemental debuff Loose Change give around 20 aim assist, 50 reload, faster ads speed, and a strafe speed scalar for 9 seconds. Can be refreshed with additional debuffs. Sunshot scorches targets on hit, so it will be able to self activate Loose Change for basically 100% uptime.

High range 150 rpm hand cannon with high aim assist and explosive payload. Should feel amazing in PvP now.

Edit: Loose Change gives 20 aim assist, not 25. Still really good, perfect perk for Sunshot.
