Has anybody ever cleared the waitlist on green alert. It seems to never happen for me.

I am CRM and interested in moving to a different position like claims or services just to get some additional experiences under my belt and become more rounded or cross trained. Can anybody tell me what training for these positions might entail? Specifically, how many weeks? How are the shifts once you transfer? Tell me about the roles. The good bad and ugly.
