Cute Cat Needs Home (and tooth extraction)

Hi everyone, I know this is a shot in the dark but is anyone interested in taking this cat? She is on the younger side (around a year old) unspayed, 6.5 lbs. She’s also polydactyl (6 toes on each front paw) and extremely fluffy. She is extremely soft and sweet, and wants so badly to be loved!

She came up to my friend on her porch and begged to be let inside. I brought her to the vet and unfortunately, she has a chipped canine tooth and needs an extraction, which I cannot afford. I was quoted $700 for the extraction, and I don’t think that even includes the bloodwork and x rays. Although we didn’t do any blood / fecal testing, the examination otherwise came back healthy. The vets loved her!

She would be a amazing inside only cat! Otherwise, I’ll be dropping her off at the shelter if they will take her… I don’t know what else to do! The shelter intake form said I had to prove I tried to find a home for this cat first… hence this post. Honestly I’ve been very stressed about what to do with this sweet girl. I feel like she’s too sweet, small and friendly to be put back outside which is what the shelter recommended.

Cat after spaying

I recently found a 7mo old cat on the street and took her in. She was very pregnant and close to term but I spay and aborted her because the shelters here are full and I cannot take care of kittens.

It has been four days since her spay and she suddenly stopped being interested in her wet food and is loafing in her litter box, as well as not coming when I call to her, which she always does. Before a few hours ago she was very eager to eat, cuddle, and demand my attention.

I’ve had her on gabapentin, and yesterday was the last day she took onsior. She also has anemia and the vet has been treating her with doxycycline in case she has a blood parasite. I know they put zorbium on her incision and that is supposed to last for 4 days, so is the pain med wearing off?

Her incision looks ok, she has had some bruising but the vet said it was fine.

Should I take her in to get checked out by the vet today or tomorrow? How serious is this?
