Gap year help

Hi so I’m basically on a gap year but I’ve had a lot of personal problems recently and I’m genuinely a mess and I don’t know where to start!!!

I’m going to resit my alevels as I achieved ABB first time and I redid UCAT getting 1990 band 2 (ik it’s not good) but I really don’t know what sort of routine I’m supposed to do and I’m really panicking bc I haven’t started revision for alevels or anything I don’t know how this works can someone pls give advice or if ur doing the same what is ur plan 🤧🤧
