Con una necesidad desesperada de un empujón 🥲
Tomaré el exámen dele c1 en noviembre y me dan mucho miedo el hecho de que sigo subestimando todo.
La necesidad del estudio constante, la dificultad del exámen en si mismo( las partes de respuesta abierta en particular), y el hecho de que aún estoy con nivel b2 y necesito esforzarme para llegar al nivel deseado antes del exámen y estar completamente lista para él para noviembre.
Denme consejos y comparten sus experiencias por favor ( también me gustaría que me cuenten si han suspendido el exámen para que me dé más miedo y para que tome todo en serio🤣)
Discúlpenme si equivoque y corríjanme si no es una molestia 😁

بنات و شباب عادي عندكم اذا الوحدة بعد الجاهة يروحو هي و زوجها ع بيت اهلها و تروح تلبس بدلة رقص و ترقصلو مصري قدام امو وخواتو و امها و الجيران و الاهل؟ (اكيد نسوان بس)
انا مش من هون و حضرت حفلة جاهة لاسرة من الخليل، عرفت انها بتنعمل بعد كتب الكتاب يعني خلاص اوكي عقد الزواج تم بس هل عادي العروس تقعد زوجها عالكرسي و تهزلو قدام كل النسوان؟😅
ما عرفت اترجم نظرات امه و بشو حاسة و انه هل عادي هالعادة و موجودة عند الكل لانو استحيت و استغربت و مشاعري اتخربطت😅😂
انعزمت جاهة و بعد ما خلصت اخدوني النسوان عندهم عالبيت يكملو الحفل هناك و اجا العريس و صار اللي صار 😅لقيت حالي بتفرج على وحدة بتهز ل زوجها و هو مستحي و الناس مبسوطة و بتسقف حسيت بدي اختفي من الكرة الأرضية 🤣🤣🤣

Bad fillings?
Patient had those fillings almost 2 months ago, she came complaining of pain with food/drinks generally.
Supervisor said nothing is wrong with the fillings according to the xray and didn't examine clinically .
What do you think guys? Are these xrays enough and are they ok? I thought there is a gap mesially, Supervisor said it's fine and prescribed pain killers!

What's your opinion on 20?
One supervisor said to start rct the other one said it's for extraction cause bone resorption is severe. She told the pt that we'll give it a shot and do rct but it'll only keep the tooth for a while before it's extracted. Pt is +50 and is hypertensive and diabetic but these are controlled. He has poor oral hygiene.
Would you have gone with rct or extract right away?

Supervising doctor said it's ok and that it's a coronal perforation!! I'm not convinced and I don't see how it's ok.
She asked me to put a tf and dismiss the pt until next visit.
Is this ok?
