Hey everyone, me and my boyfriend are looking for a new place to stay for the upcoming school year. Does anyone have any master bedrooms available near UCR? We’re okay with housemates! I’m also open to studios or 1bed. 1 bath apartments. Our budget is >$1200.

Hello everyone! I am currently in an apartment for over the summer but looking to move somewhere affordable for the upcoming school year. All the off-campus apartments I've looked at have HORRIBLE reviews. I've seen many people say they recommended houses off campus. Does anyone know of any master bedrooms, studios etc...? I don't mind roommates/housemates but definitely need my own room and bathroom. Also, preferably somewhere with a kitchen. I am my only source of income, so my budget is $1150.
