I’m 23F, and whenever a guy I’m talking to on a dating app asks for my Instagram, I give it to him and we follow each other. But then the conversation just dies and neither of us messages the other 😂

Am I missing something? I’ve always assumed that if he asks for my Instagram, he’ll be the one to restart the conversation there. But maybe I’m wrong and I’m actually meant to slide into his DMs first?

What’s the normal etiquette here? If a guy asks for your Insta and you follow each other, do you wait for him to message you, or should you make the first move?

I am wondering if anyone successfully got a adult ADHD diagnosis through their GP. Was just told by an online GP that doctors can’t do it, despite the health.govt.nz website stating that GP and nurse Practitioners can now?? Very confused!!

Can someone please share the process with me :))
