On-board memory mode and macros

Does anyone know if the controllers used in the gaming mice (G502 X Plus for example) are even able to run macros that are more than simple button combinations?

My example scenario is a macro pressing the F key, waiting for 250ms and then releasing it. While this works fine while the GHub software is running, the way profile switching is handled makes multiple preset profiles useless in my case.

If I was able to save a time delay macro to one of the on-board memory profiles a single button press would allow me to switch and use the other functions - great if possible but I haven't managed to achieve this yet. Since I use the same mouse for different devices, not all of them just personal gaming PCs, installing the software on all of them is sadly not an option for me.

If the answer to the question is "No" then I'll have to find a different solution but if there is a way to have time sensitive macros running on the on-board controller without the need to have additional software in the background I'd appreciate the input!

Thanks
