G4 Bill 3-C application -- OK to add certified copies after applying?
I'm working on a Bill 3-C citizenship claim, for which I am G4. The wait time for a certified copy of my G1 ancestor's birth certificate is 5-6 months. (Traveling to the state archive in person will not change this; I asked.) Given the current wait times, I am wondering if I can apply ASAP with one document that is a digital copy from a database, and add the certified copy when it arrives?
