Fallout 4 updated and I can't load game

Hello everyone, I just tried to launch fallout 4 and it said that it was updated and I needed to download the new version of F4SE (Yes I use mods). I did, and now game launching but I only have the option for new game. Anyone knows a fix? Pleaseee?
