Does anybody else do this? Think my teacher saw it but didn't say anything ?

Beginning in middle school and I think continuing into some college classes I would occasionally add one to three unrelated sentences in the middle of my submissions to pad the length (often just saying the function of the sentence was to add length). Eg "i am adding a few sentences to make it look like I wrote more hopefully a second sentence makes it more convincing"

This was usually if not always for busywork assignments throughout the year that I felt I wasn't getting feedback other than length parameters.

You may know that if you walk around the building, you can talk to Pierre behind his booth. You may know that eggs are hidden behind it for during the Egg Hunt.

But TIL you can still shop at the booth when he is away during the Egg Hunt! You can buy strawberry seeds without having to talk to Pierre.
