Need advice from realtors

So I'm in the process of selling my house it was just relisted. (we pulled it due to a week of movers) We've had two interested parties since relisted. Party A is a VA loan assumption. Party B is a family that is looking to get their pre approval this week.

Party A is currently under a VA loan and needs to sell their current home to qualify for VA loan assumption. They have not listed their property as of yet it has been two days since they visited. So I would be looking at 30-90 days of waiting for them to close on their sell and another 30-45 days for assumption approval. So that's 4 months of double payments for my current house and new house due to a military move.

Party B is extremely interested but needs to get a loan pre-approved.

My realtor is pushing extremely hard for Party A and I have expressed my concerns and told him that 4 months of paying 5K for housing/utilities is not an ideal situation. He states their house will sell due to area and comps blah blah blah. He said the same about my house prior to listing the first time back in April. Of note he would also be a dual agent which makes me have even more concern.

Seeking professional advice. Below is the Zillow link if needed.
