(Hiring) Lead Research & Outreach Support
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build lists of potential client businesses using Google Maps and online directories
- Research each business against a provided checklist (website, social media, Google presence, branding)
- Accurately log all findings into our prospect tracking spreadsheet
- Note the key marketing gaps for each business
- Send initial outreach emails using our provided templates (with light personalization)
- Schedule and track follow-ups
- Keep our tracker clean, current, and organized
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and Google Docs
- Detail-oriented and consistent — accuracy matters more than speed
- Reliable and communicative; able to follow a process closely
- Prior experience with lead generation, research, or admin work is a plus (not required)
- Self-managed and able to hit a weekly target
TOOLS YOU'LL USE:
Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Maps, and Discord. (We provide all templates, checklists, and training.)
