Repetition and whole foods seems to be the sweet spot

Repetition and whole foods seems to be the sweet spot

I have been on and off with MFP since about 2011. The friction of logging food has always been my biggest barrier to consistency.

But now I’m almost 40, I’m finding the need to calorie count more important than ever.

But I’m also busier than ever (work, managing a house, family).

What seems to be working this time, reducing the friction most is sticking to whole foods and eating the same foods (albeit a variety) each week.

I’ve finally learned that a handful of Haribo really is harming my daily allowance. Etc. these “harmless” grabs compound and stack up in the shape of tummy fat.

Anyway. That’s my thoughts. Obvious to some. Hopefully helpful to someone.

Here’s my breakfast plus x2 double espressos and a cup of tea with milk.

Is it possible to walk/hike from Cala San Miguel to Benirràs?

I’ve searched a few apps and getting mixed results. Looking to see if it’s possible to walk from Cala San Miguel to Benirràs.
It’s only 7 mins to drive to seems pointless to get a taxi.
I can see there is a road which people say is quiet as its north of the Island but it’s a small road with no path at all so seems a little risky.
Anyone who has done this?
