"One week after the release of Frisson

Noir, the new album by Tarja, I

still find it hard to put into words what

it means to me to have been part of

this project.

I had the huge privilege of working on

the recording of all Tarja's vocals during

the album sessions, as well as

contributing with editing work on

different instruments: drums, bass

piano and other details that are part of

the invisible process behind a record.

Seeing this album later mixed by Neal

Avron and mastered by Ted Jensen

makes everything feel even more

special.

For me, this is the most important

album I have worked on since I started

my career as a sound engineer. I feel

deeply grateful, proud and moved to

have been part of it.
