I just completed my sophomore year at Michigan State with a 3.66 GPA, it was my first semester here after transferring from community college so I’ve mainly just been doing prerequisites, none of my classes have been particularly challenging, I attempted joining a few clubs at the start of the semester but I fell off of them. My current financial aid offer for fall 2026 is $14,500 ($7,500 in loans) I’m not unsatisfied with my current offer as roughly half of my base tuition is covered and I have a decent amount saved in a college fund, but I am wondering if there are any good opportunities to go elsewhere and save my fund for other opportunities in the future. I have no emotional attachment or obligations at state, and would be willing to go anywhere with a solid accounting or STEM program. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.
