When you're burned out on Royal League...

...but still want more than 100 levels every two weeks. Stole my husband's tablet and now have two accounts to play on 😂😂😂

I dread the day that I max this new one out! 🤣

I have these vintage metal cabinets that I'm trying to lightly re-finish in the same color that I did them in maybe 15 years ago (as they've incurred some wear over the years).  So, I went on Amazon and ordered a can of the same paint that I originally used.  It showed up in perfect condition.

About halfway through my little project, I realized that I may need a bit more paint than I originally thought and decided to order another can...  and this is what showed up today.

What the hell?  Who on earth would think it was ok to put this in a box for shipment?  Who even knows how old this thing is!  It looks like someone "returned" an old can from their garage and Amazon just said, "oh well," and decided to put it back into their regular stock.

Anyhow, I went through the app to report the issue and supposedly I can expect a refund for it in the next 3 to 5 days.  It was seemingly too easy though... I just pressed maybe 5 buttons and uploaded these photos.  I'm a little suspicious of how this whole thing will inevitably turn out, as this process has never historically been that easy for me.  It didn't say to send the can back, so now I'm just stuck with this rusty old can of paint (which I honestly don't trust enough to use) and - of course - am still one can of paint short for my project.

I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting and it's just fine?  But I've painted plenty in my lifetime and have never seen cans of paint look like this unless they've been sitting in my garage for 10 years.  I have also never found something in this condition for sale in a home improvement store, either.

It's just so frustrating when inconveniences like this could be easily prevented by just not putting stuff that is obviously in bad shape into the box to begin with!

The irony - of a rust-protection paint showing up in a rusty paint can - was also not totally lost on me, either.
