I have booked several trips through my account in the past without any issues. After not using the platform for a few months, I decided to book a Tesla for June and made the reservation a month in advance.

When I checked my account two weeks before my trip, I discovered that it had been suspended without any warning, email, or explanation. To make matters worse, I never received a refund for my reservation.

I sent an email about a week ago and still have not received a response. I then tried contacting customer support through the app, but I was unable to speak with a real person. The automated system kept giving me the runaround and never provided any information about why my account was suddenly suspended.
