suggestions for timber frame / joinery courses/ schooling in canada?

last year i applied for the heritage carpentry program through fleming college and i was very excited and then when the ford gov made all the changes to osap, bunch of schools cut programs and that program was one of them.
i still really want to find a pathway to a proper apprencticeship but its been so hard to find.
i would very much like to focus on timber frame and also fine/ finish joinery etc.
any suggestions?

confused about how to even get into apprenticeship/ trades at this point

Im 35. born and raised in niagara region. I had a job for years doing carpentry/ landscaping etc in film industry. but that industry has died a rapid death in ontario since covid and there is little work, even with the unions.

I've been trying to find a carpentry or electrical or HVAC apprenticeship for like a year and a half, i took a pre-apprentice course through UBC 27 and didnt end up with a job from it.

Ive applied to hundreds of places. and all the unions. none of the unions seem to be accepting applications. I'm lost. I currently have a seasonal job with the city of toronto as a parks person. the money is not enough for a real future.

I am skilled, I have done alot of carp/ renovation work in my life and all i want is a chance to make a real living, but i cant seem to land a job that will actually pay me and be willing to register me as an apprentice. how the hell are yall doing it? what advice can you give me
