Should I choose ₹30 LPA fixed + 15% VP new offer in Ey or stay with ₹28 LPA FIXED +10% VP + ₹3L retention bonus in my current company ?
I have received an offer from EY GDS, and I’m trying to decide whether I should move or stay with Accenture.
Here’s the compensation situation:
🔹 Accenture (current company):
● ₹31 LPA
● ₹3 lakh one-time retention bonus
🔹 EY GDS (new offer): Joining in August
● ₹30 LPA fixed + 10% VP
So effectively, in the first year the difference isn’t huge because of the retention bonus, but from the second year onwards EY GDS would be around ₹4 lakh higher annually if the compensation remains unchanged.
