Its been a couple days since this happened. I heard about the smoke coming in from Canada so I decided to visit the grave a couple days earlier than i had scheduled (the cemetary has an online calendar you need to sign up for but thats besides the point) Its been a little under 2 years since she passed. I was sitting there leaning on her headstone smoking a cigarette, American Spirits her favorite, all of the sudden this large slobbery dog runs up to me and throws up this pink slime all over me. I, of course, was appalled and started yelling at the gross pos. Its owner ran up to me cursing me out blaming me for it. “She can't smell cigarettes without throwing up, now put it out now before I call the cops.” I started yelling back of course.
Here i am writing this and I can still smell it on me. Anyone have any specific soaps that I can use?
My question is do I have any legal grounds for suing for damages or anything? any way I can convince them to put the dog down or would that be evil of me? I just can’t stand dogs and she caught me on one of my worst days recently. Thank you.
