Hello, I had to get a new phone and phone number and my TSC&Me requires me to use my old one to authenticate on the phone app. Does anyone know who I could talk to to try to get that changed? My manager and I have been trying with no luck for about a week.

Does completing Black Tides before repairing the Blade of Ymminess mean I can't obtain it?
