Hi,

Is it possible to get a General employment visa for a 12 month contract job.

The job satisfies all needs of a critical skill but only has a 12 month contract.

The solicitor I contacted is asking for a minimum of 24 months. I called the employment visa department they initially said 12 months is ok and they expressed a doubt and asked me to email them.

Does anybody have any experience with this?
