Hey guys! I have been working the past year or so on this project called MediaWave2000 that can easily turn your catalog of video files into a working faux-cable tv experience by simply just adding your files into folders based around the channels you want. You can also configure commercials and “Companion Channels” which right now are WeatherStar4000+, “NetTV” which allows you to put a YouTube playlist in the app and it will create a working continuously playing channel of your videos, and “RadioWaveTV” which you can point the app towards your mp3 files and it will kinda do the same thing where it acts as a kind of “Music Choice” type of channel with a reactive visualizer and play your songs on a fully random shuffle. I made this because of something called FieldStation42 which you guys may or may not have heard of but it is kinda the same premise but this is more geared towards a beginner friendly experience. It also has a scrollable tv guide and On-Demand “Vault” where you can freely play all your media similar to a modern streaming service. If you guys are interested in giving this a shot let me know! I’m really looking for people to give this a beta test and find things that I may have missed and/or are broken, or features you want to see added! Thank you so much!
