Looking for Halloween commercials
Im looking for some commercials. Halloween commercials to be specific. 80s, 90s, 2000s. The plan is ultimately to use them at a family Halloween party, so just get on a flash drive and plug into a TV for background ambiance by the food. Point me in a direction if you can. You have my sincere thanks.
I'm streaming this on Friday if anyone is interested
CRT Toonami Program
I've been working on a Program I hope to release soon for everyone to use to bring back that authentic Toonami Station. Feature will include Profiles for specific looks, Authentic Broadcasting Quality for the Era, and scheduling so it feels like your watching it Toonami back in the good ol days all you need is your legally obtained media and you will be set. Transition bumpers will be included for each series and the program does all the sorting and the rest. Current Pre-Alpha Build Progress below. This will be streaming to my Sony 36XBR450 when finished.
USA Up All Night original air check tapes in Rhonda Shear’s library. Over 1500.
Independent owned tv stations similar to the 90s?
As someone very nostalgic I'm curious if any independent stations similar to the 90s exist anymore on a local TV level in the United States? One that may have a late night movie block with a title like "up all night" or a mid day matinee. Ive searched and haven't found anything that fit the bill.
[REQUEST] The Oprah Winfrey Show - "Save My Marriage After Affair" (circa 1990-1991) featuring Teresa & Doug Griffin
Hello everyone,
I am looking for assistance in tracking down a specific lost episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show that aired around 1990 or 1991. My parents were guests on this episode, and while a full version titled UNLOCKED Full Episode: "Save My Marriage After Affair" was briefly hosted on YouTube by the official OWN channel, it has since been scrubbed/taken down.
Here are the specific details I have:
\* Show: The Oprah Winfrey Show
\* Episode Title: "Save My Marriage After Affair"
\* Approximate Air Date: 1990 - 1991
\* Specific Guests: Teresa Griffin and Doug Griffin
I am looking to see if anyone happens to have an archive of OWN's "Unlocked" digital releases, or if any classic TV collectors have an old home-recorded off-air VHS tape of this broadcast block in their personal collection.
Any leads, digital rips, or pointers toward a library collection holding this specific window of daytime television would be incredibly meaningful to my family.
Thank you so much for your time and help!
Building a 2000's Nickelodeon channel on Media wave.
I've been loving Mediawave2000 on my computer, and I'm trying to build a 2000's Nickelodeon channel to watch on it. (So far I've got one for MTV cartoons, one for Movies and one for Anime.)
WCOfun is what I'm using to download the cartoons. (SpongeBob, Jimmy Neutron, Back at the Barnyard, Mr Meaty, Danny Phantom, El Tigre, etc.)
But does anyone know where I can download Episodes of some of the sitcoms? Namely:
-Drake and Josh
-Icarly
-Zoey 101
Thankfully I can find all of Ned's Declassified on archive.org.
If anyone can like me a good website to download the other shows please let me know.
The Paper MTV 2008 [partially lost]
I’ve been looking for the show about a Florida high school newspapers for a while now. It only ran for 8 episodes and never had a physical release. It doesn’t seem to be available anywhere in my country (US) but I’m not sure about other locations, maybe digitally it can be purchased in other counties. If anyone has it or knows a place to download or if it’s even available in there country that would be greatly appreciated, I don’t think it is fully lost I see it was posted on some torrent sites but are no longer available for download there either. Any info is appreciated thank you

I found ZOOM on Vizio Watch Free+.
I was just watching Watch Free+, I decided to look through the channels, I landed on Kids + Family, I found a channel called PBS Retro (Channel 1114) and as I'm typing this they were playing an episode of the ZOOM reboot Season 1. I know that there's a couple of people who are trying to find the lost episodes and I think that this can maybe help someone.
Got inspired…
My wife saw the viral post about the retro tv revival. So I wanted to go a step further and make a full functioning cable box.
Thanks!
The analog TV simulator I built for signal-processing nerds just got an interface that doesn't need you to be one
I've been building AnalogTV for a while now (posted about it here several months ago), and up to this point it was pretty unapologetically for the deep end of the pool. Full composite encode and decode, hue error and chroma delay you dial in by hand, tube geometry, VCR tracking, the whole signal chain modeled the way an actual broadcast engineer would think about it. Great if you already know what a comb filter does. Kind of a wall if you don't.
The new iOS interface is an attempt to open that up without watering it down. Instead of a console full of sliders, you get looks you swipe through and a row of pedals you tap and hold while you're shooting, more like stepping on a stompbox than opening a settings menu. Point it at something, pick a look, stack a couple of pedals, take the photo.
The part I actually care about here: none of this is a filter dropped on top of a finished picture. It's still running the exact same signal-domain simulation as the full app underneath, the same encode/decode pipeline, the same CRT light model. When you tap a pedal you're reaching into the same math a person tuning things by hand would be using, just through an interface that doesn't ask you to know what it's called first.
It's on the App Store now if you want to poke at it, and it's free to try on TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/NTFcYdSw. If you're the kind of person who wants the full console instead, that's still there too, and it's also on Mac and Apple TV. More on all of that at https://analogtv.net.
Happy to answer questions about how any of it actually works, that's usually the more fun part anyway. Also happy for ideas for other "pedals" to add. For Looks, you can make your own looks in the main app UI and copy those looks to this new mode.
80s Open University early morning shows-anywhere online?
So I remember from my earliest childhood years being up really early to catch the cartoons, but I’d end up catching the back end of Open University programming. What was that about, and can you get those online anywhere?
Big update on TRDB - new features live now!
Hi everyone, I'm Dan, admin of theretrodb.com a site dedicated to indexing information on all things retro and helping you find ways to watch that classic media.
We've been properly up and running for a couple of months now. It's been a wild ride, but one I've loved every second of, and it seems to have landed with you all. We're now at over 540 registered users, with people in every day watching the content on the site and joining in on the live chat that comes with our live TV channels.
We really are very thankful to everyone. Like I've said from day one, we're always looking at ways to improve and make the site better, and to add any features we think you might like or need along your retro journey. We've been updating the site constantly, and the update we just pushed has some brilliant stuff in it.
WHAT'S NEW ON THE SITE
- **Search from anywhere** - There's a search box in the header now, on every page. Start typing and matches come up as you go films, shows and games all together. No more going back to the home page first.
- **Trending** - A new page showing what people are actually looking at right now. Link's in the footer, and there's a row of it on the home page.
- **Continue watching** - Start something and don't finish it, and it'll show up on your feed so you can jump back in. On our own player it picks up right where you stopped. Shows have a full episode list now too, so you can tick off the ones you've seen.
- **Rate stuff** - You can give any film, show or game a score out of 10. It sits on the title page. Once enough people have voted, the average shows up for everyone.
- **You'll actually hear about friend requests** - Before, a request just sat there and you'd only find it if you went looking. Now you get a message and a little number in the corner.
- **New videos on your list** - Saved something with nothing to watch yet? When a video gets added, we'll tell you. One message an hour at most, so it won't spam you.
The watch history and the alerts can both be turned off in your profile settings if they're not for you.
**COMING NEXT - THE ANDROID APP**
I'd also like to officially announce that we've started development on an Android app for the site. It'll run on everything from phones to Android TV boxes, with full touch and D-pad navigation.
Again, we'd like to thank you all for joining us on this journey, and we hope to see you and all your friends and family online soon!

GameTV, Playhit e Playhit gore
Could you please hunt down these for me
Disney Junior 2011 to 2012 recordings with commercials and upload the commercial breaks from them on YouTube
Reason: Most of these Disney Junior promos from 2011 to 2012 are lost media and I want them to be found
