I recently started helping manage a hotel I inherited from my parents. It’s a bit older, but occupancy is still fairly stable mainly because of the location.
I’m trying to understand where hotel owners think investments are actually worth it, especially for an older property. Everyone talks about renovations, but I feel like there are smaller or overlooked things that improve guest experience, operations, or long-term profitability.
