I recently started helping manage a hotel I inherited from my parents. It’s a bit older, but occupancy is still fairly stable mainly because of the location.

I’m trying to understand where hotel owners think investments are actually worth it, especially for an older property. Everyone talks about renovations, but I feel like there are smaller or overlooked things that improve guest experience, operations, or long-term profitability. For those who own or manage hotels, what investments gave you the best ROI? Trying to avoid wasting money on things that look nice but don’t really much needed

So I finally want to add a facecam to my streams but i dont want to spend crazy money on it. I stream mostly in the evenings so my room lighting isn't amazing either.

I looked around and there's so many options it's hard to tell what's actually good vs what's just marketed well. I keep seeing logitech c920 recommended everywhere but that thing is like 10 years old at this point lol.

Anyone streaming with something under $100 that's actually decent? bonus if it handles low light okay cause i really dont want to buy a whole lighting setup on top of it.

I feel like this mattress has had a pretty solid reputation for a while, which I usually trust more than sudden hype. But mattress quality can change over time, and old recommendations don’t always age well. If you’ve bought the Sapira recently, how has it been?

I run a small shop and we recently had a system issue where all our client info, permits, and records are stored. What do you guys usually do in situations like this? Do you have backups or a fallback system?

I checked everything. No manual actions in GSC. No coverage errors. No crawl issues. The page has solid backlinks, fast load speed, proper schema markup, and the content has not been touched.

Yesterday it was sitting at position 2 for a keyword I have been chasing for two years. I woke up this morning and it is sitting at position 19. Nothing on my end changed. No new content. No files touched. Not even a plugin update.

Is this just Google being Google? How long do I wait before actually doing something? What do you check first when this happens with zero obvious cause?
