Recently I ordered a watch from Proxima and I eas pleasantly surprised from the process they followed. They sent pictures of all sides of the watch and a photo of the watch on a time grapher while it being regulated plus a lume shot. I have been wondering whether this has happened to other Proxima watch buyers.

Recently I had a terrible experience with the Official Watchdives Store. I ordered their new titanium mesh bracelet for about 190 €. When I received the bracelet I found that the bracelet was defective, so I contacted the store and they asked me to retract my return and refund request so they could send me a replacement bracelet. Because I am stupid I agreed and they also charged me another 1.67€ through a link so that they would provide me a tracking number. I did and after 30 more days (60 days from the beginning of the order) I received only the bottom ( female part) of the bracelet. Since the male part with the clasp is also damaged it is pointless that I have the female part. I have raised yet again a new dispute with these guys who seem to be playing games with their clients. I plan to return their garbage back to them to put in their personal watches and never do business with them again. Pls if you receive damaged items just return them and save yourself more troubles.
