My dog is 10 years old and has recently started sleeping in our room due to nighttime anxiety. He’s really good for the most part but at about 4-5AM he jumps from his bed into my bed to sleep. I’d really like him to sleep in his bed the whole night. How do I encourage him to stay in his bed?
My dog is an 11KG spoodle who is 10 years old who is an anxious boy. About 6 months ago we trialed him on 10MG of fluoxetine which worked really well until it didn’t. 3 weeks ago we decided to increase his dose to 15MG and energy and anxiety wise he has responded really well but he’s lost allllll of his appetite. He used to run to his dinner bowl and now most of the time he never really eats and if he does he just eats a tiny bit. Does it get better or should we look at lowering the dose?
I’m about to start a 6-month course of Accutane and am hoping to start trying for a baby as soon as the recommended 30-day washout period after my last dose is complete.
I’ve had some irregularities with my menstrual cycle and was wondering about other people’s experiences.
If Accutane affected your cycle, how long did it take for your periods to return to their usual pattern after finishing treatment?
Did anyone experience any difficulties conceiving after Accutane, or were you able to fall pregnant without issues once the washout period was over?

Hello! I am a 30 YO F who has just started accutane for persistent acne. I have been prescribed a 6 month course and told that I can get pregnant a month after taking my last pill. What’s everyone’s opinion on this? Is this safe to do?
